Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK) Information Text

At USTURK LOGISTICS, we attach utmost importance to the security of your personal data. With this awareness, we place great emphasis on the processing and storage of all personal data belonging to all individuals associated with our company in accordance with the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (“KVKK”).

1. Data Controller

In accordance with the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data, your personal data may be processed by USTURK LOGISTICS, as the data controller, within the scope explained below.

2. Purposes of Processing Personal Data

Your collected personal data will be processed by our company for the following purposes: to enable our business units to carry out the necessary work to allow you to benefit from the products and services offered by our company; to customize and recommend the products and services offered by our company to you according to your preferences, usage habits and needs; to ensure the legal and commercial security of our company and those with whom our company has a business relationship; and to determine and implement our company's commercial and business strategies, within the scope of the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the KVKK (Personal Data Protection Law).

3. To Whom and for What Purpose the Processed Personal Data May Be Transferred

Your collected personal data may be transferred to our business partners, suppliers, legally authorized public institutions and private individuals, in line with the purposes mentioned above, within the framework of the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK.

4. Method and Legal Basis for Personal Data Collection

Your personal data is collected by our company through various channels (our website, physical forms, email, telephone, etc.) and based on different legal grounds; for the purpose of conducting our commercial activities and fulfilling our legal obligations. Personal data collected during this process may be processed and transferred within the scope of the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the KVKK (Personal Data Protection Law) and for the purposes stated in this Disclosure Statement.

5. Rights of the Personal Data Subject as Listed in Article 11 of the KVKK

As personal data subjects, if you submit your requests regarding your rights to our company, we will process them free of charge as soon as possible and within a maximum of thirty days, depending on the nature of the request. In this context, personal data subjects have the following rights:

• Learn whether their personal data is being processed;
• Request information regarding the processing of their personal data if it has been processed;
• Learn the purpose of the processing of their personal data and whether it is being used in accordance with its purpose;
• Know the third parties to whom their personal data has been transferred, domestically or internationally;
• Request the correction of their personal data if it is incomplete or inaccurate;
• Request the deletion or destruction of their personal data within the framework of the conditions stipulated in Article 7 of the KVKK (Law on Protection of Personal Data);
• Object to a result that is detrimental to them arising from the analysis of their processed data exclusively through automated systems;
• Request compensation for damages incurred as a result of the unlawful processing of their personal data.
